Signal's new product launch called for a digital experience with no existing template to follow. I designed the chatbot interface, mobile application, and supplementary digital activations including TikTok-native interactive formats and gamified experiences. Each touchpoint was designed to feel connected, playful, and on-brand — reaching consumers at multiple moments along the launch journey under the "Every smile deserves white" positioning.

The launch ecosystem covered every digital consumer touchpoint — chat, mobile, social, and gaming — delivering a consistent brand experience across platforms. The approach demonstrated how a product launch can extend far beyond traditional campaign formats and into genuinely interactive digital experiences.
